I've added an additional career. As well as owning my own real estate business I am a Mortgage Broker, now partnering with HomeGuard Funding Ltd, at their new office location in Brampton. I'm very excited about the opportunity to help people with what may be the biggest financial investment they will ever make: buying or selling a home AND - assisting in the financing - whether it is a mortgage for your new home bought from a builder, the need for a bridge loan while you own two houses until matching closing dates, or locking in a rate for refinancing your existing home, or any other sort of financial need - I'm here to help, as always. My goal is to make this process an easy and satisfying experience for my clients.

To that end, I will be continuing to run my business differently than most other REALTORS®, as I always have. I have a career "compass" - something to help me follow the right path, and to make good decisions while maintaining the respect of my clients and colleagues. My compass asks three questions:

  1. From the client/customer's perspective, have I treated him/her with the utmost respect?
  2. From the client/customer's perspective, have I exceeded his/her expectations?
  3. From the company's perspective, is it in the best long-term financial interest of the company? Meaning: will these clients/customers refer me to their friends, relatives and business associates?

By answering "yes" to all three questions I will. continue to SUCCEED, and I would appreciate your help in passing out the word of my new adventure into the world of finance.
